AI fakers are far less common than agency molested resumes and bait and switch with interviewees. I'd say 60% of the interviews I conduct are clearly not with the person who's resume I'm looking at. They're real people just not good candidates.
- kannthu 2y agoTrue, fortunately we learned how to filter those types of resumes and candidates. (we got quite good at that)
