Spain to impose massive fines for not labelling AI-generated content

- pogue 2y agoHow in the world would they enforce this? Once AI images become completely imperceptible to real photographs, how can you prove one is real and one is not with any modicum of accuracy to say you violated the bill? It seems like most LLM providers would have to block access to Spain rather than try to follow these guidelines.
