Why should anyone have a problem? Free world. Think however you want. I’m not god.
> by suddenly destroying a decades-old military alliance (NATO)
That’s not true. Trump cried about NATO last term. So he effectively gave everyone years of warning. What’s sudden about it?
> Europeans, Canadians (and others of course) genuinely feel threatened. People are anxious.
Have we forgotten history so soon? It wasn’t too long ago that Europeans for example were invaders themselves. I mean Britain took over what was before the US and then independence made the US of today. The US isn’t pulling new tricks. It’s what the Europeans taught them to begin with.
> Maybe you don't believe it.
What I don’t believe is the invaders are fearing about being invaded.
> But let me tell you: people in Europe believe that the US is not on their side anymore
When were they? See above. Sounds like we're missing the history of how US came to existence.
> It's not your good friend who got drunk and insulted you again, it's your good friend who slept with your wife and seriously pointed a gun at you
I’d drop the friend if they insulted me already before things escalated. Letting it escalate is called being naive.
