Oh that is a fantastic article. I wasn't even aware of Bel. I am currently working on my own Lisp dialect and some things in the spec are lovely. The idea of lit is pretty cool. I'll have to make a branch and toy around with it, it seems to make for a smaller compiler core. The Bel spec though needs some love in a more modern formatting. I might post a formatted version later.
