- brigandish 2y agoI suspect it means: With mass immigration occurring in Ireland at the rate it is, soon the proportion of ethnic Irish in Ireland's population may match the proportion of ethnic Irish in the US's population. Hyperbole is a common facet of humour (to make a point) in the British Isles.
