- ghaff 2y agoTons of people have gone to work at companies with various stack ranking schemes. Most people need jobs.
- shortrounddev2 2y agoEnron was famous for this. Supposedly it's a practice that Jeff Skilling learned at Harvard business school, where the bottom 10% were flunked no matter what their absolute GPA was
