What are the contexts where I need a MISRA C package for parsing JSON? Just embedded systems or can you see a wider usecase?
- hgs3 2y agoEmbedded systems are the primary use case, but any safety critical system would presumably want this. My focus wasn't speed, but rather high-assurance. On a resource-constrained embedded system, you're likely not working with huge JSON structures. The scanner processes JSON incrementally, so if memory pressure is a concern, you can do your processing in small, incremental chunks.
