Well if you are in the US, the religion has to be recognized by the government. If it isn't recognized then you would have no protection.
- tjic 14y agoa) you're entirely correct b) I always laugh at this because our Constitution doesn't talk at all about "freedom of religion" but it does explicitly mention "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion". ...which is exactly what the current practice is.
