As I understand it, the darker the roast the more caffeine has been “burnt” off, so this would explain what you’re describing.
- genewitch 2y agoRight, however, apparently the light roasts i have tried are darker than the darkest roasts of ... whatever supplier someone else uses. It's weird that i feel like we're talking about illicit drugs.
