Sanskrit can be written in the Devanagari script (and these days most commonly is). But it does not have an attested native script <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sanskrit#Writing_system https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sanskrit#Writing_system>. But still, so long as it’s a script in Unicode, it should all work fine.
