If you're going to say that congress can't determine waste, and GAO can't determine waste, and DOGE can't determine waste, or whatever - harp on methodologies - should i take that as "it's impossible to determine what money is going where, and therefore, one shouldn't worry about 15 million taxpayer dollars, or 750 billion in taxpayer dollars" The fact the federal government hasn't been completely audited in a couple decades bothers me.
