If you're not married and you don't have a house, and don't love doing this kind of work anymore, quit and switch to something different. You didn't say anything about physical disabilities so you can always take a labor job. If you can show up reliably there are tons of low experience/no experience construction/manufacturing jobs out there. They won't pay as well as programming/IT work, but should be a lot easier on your mental state.
