This has the same problem that a lot of Trump analysis does which is it says more about the author than it does about Trump. He’s describing a situation he imagines in his head, not the plan Trump is actually playing out. It doesn’t explain why Trump is being so timid with his Tariffs, in fact it makes the opposite assumption.
