This is the first openly and fully LLM-generated editorial I've seen published in a newspaper.
- zahlman 2y agoAt least they're honest about it, but I can't fathom what value they suppose it adds. If I wanted to read an LLM's "opinion" on the topic, I could trivially ask it myself. The piece also refers to "the counterargument", without citing it. Presumably, the LLM was prompted with such a counterargument which isn't shown here. The result simply reads awkwardly, because it's framed as a response to the prompter, not an appeal to the public.
