- jfengel 2y agoHeadline implies that this is a frequent occurrence, but the article only cites a few instances. Even a few is too many, of course. This is an incredibly stupid thing for a lawyer to do, and a suspension of their license is called for in addition to fines. This needs to be made very clear before it becomes common. But it sounds like it's not common. Yet.
