I find that headline to be unintentionally hilarious because anyone paying attention to online child safety legislation already knows the vast majority of it is either terribly written and destined to trigger unintentional consequences or a naked power grab by law enforcement using 'child safety' as a pre-text to get more and/or easier access to user data.
