Reading Apple’s press release, all performance comparisons are with previous Apple products, and mostly in regard to Apple only software. For businesses running ~$10k+ workstations, there are options outside the Apple ecosystem. I mean, Apple’s systems can be fast at the $10k scale, but at $100k you can get a lot of modular horsepower outside the ecosystem than with 10 $10k boxes.
