The Tesla factory in China was closed for a good chunk of January and February to retool for the new Model Y. So a February dip was expected. We'll have to wait a few more months for accurate numbers out of China. Which will result in similar headlines, I'm sure. Chinese EV's are super competitive, and Trump starting a trade war with China is not going to work out well for Tesla.
