I'm less concerned with conspiracy theories and would rather see efforts focused on scientific research papers that are intended to be taken seriously. AI should be able to highlight who is buddy-bro pencil-whipping peer reviews and tie them back to a company or funding source and that data must be fed into a panel of people that review the AI results and have the ability to edit the papers with fake peer reviews, issue recalls, notify government agencies, drug companies and the people that have been prescribed said drugs.
