Do you only consider hiring those that have contributed to the core?
- westi 14y agoNo. We consider hiring anyone we think is awesome and a great fit for the company. In general previous contribution to WordPress.org core, authoring of plugins and/or themes for WordPress or contributing to other Open Source projects are beneficial towards your application :)
