[Background - Gotland is a Swedish island, right in the middle of the Baltic Sea. Population is 61,000-ish.] > According to the sources, the entire island might have been left without water if the sabotage had not been discovered. > Patrik Johansson of the region's water and sewage services said it was "not an accidental act," and that someone had "turned the pump off and pulled out a cable." Sounds like the sabotage RoI on this target could be 10e3 or more. Hopefully they are working to reduce that number, not just catch the perp du jour.
