- lnsru 2y agoThanks. That was interesting discovery. Including the New Keynesian theory. However I assume now, that rational expectations do not work and the actors can be bribed. Bribed for example for selling government owned housing to private corporation. It will squeeze the tenants for profit and will do nothing to increase housing supply. Rational actor becomes selfish actor and does everything for itself. The bottom 90% get worst possible ending.
