- bigyabai 2y agoFor one, that's not the criteria being used to lay people off. Most of it is politically motivated pork cutting with no basis in rational justification. For two, if you fire someone for dereliction of duty, that doesn't make their duty go away. You have to eventually hire someone new to take the job. We ban accounts that do that, regardless of their politics or ideology, because it destroys what the site is supposed to be for. Also, please edit out swipes like "Grow up".
