The fundamental irony is that CEOs + execs are easy to replace at most orgs. Their compensation comes from nepotism and capitalism, not from any inherent capability. Hopefully I’ll live to see the end of the rotten scourge that is Capitalism. One can dream.
- dumbledoren 2y agoYes, they are like chancellors, castellans to the feudal lords who own the fief. They are even more vicious than the lord himself because their employment depends on that viciousness. Not that the lords would not be equally vicious if they ran the show.
