- antisthenes 2y agoYou know people can move, right? I can move 20-30 miles in different directions within the same state that would land me in HCOL, MCOL and LCOL areas. Moving to any of these areas doesn't change my skill set to be better or worse.
- grandempire 2y agoYep. And what we see now is select employees with a lot of trust are able to negotiate remote work.
