I'm getting this error on a white page a few seconds after opening the page:
> Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).
The console shows this error message:
> Uncaught TypeError: this.embedlyMap is undefined unregisterEmbed fbs-embedly.service.js:52 disconnectedCallback fbs-embedly.component.js:107
- dageshi 2y agoPage loaded, I read the story for a bit then the entire page went black with "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)." 2025 when websites implement their own blue screens of death.
- rzzzt 2y agoThat message is a signature of Next.js applications, not of any site in particular.
- braiamp 2y agoUse NoScript. By default it blocks javascript running on the client. The html version of the page works fine.
