It's possible your personal experience with food is different than other people's, and it is easier for you to make that choice than others.
- LostMyLogin 2y agoThat is fair. Most people in my circle are some form of endurance athlete, climbers, etc so I live in a bubble but some of the comments I see feel alarming- like an over correction in the opposite direction.
