6th option: They are overweight, but do not know, so they don't recognize what overweight looks like. But also, it's pretty easy to not look overweight if you're not obese. 30 pounds can be as little as a few waist sizes. I can gain and lose 15 pounds without looking like I changed at all.

- anal_reactor 2y agoWhen you're like 5kg overweight it can definitely hide well, especially if your body shape is proportional.
- Workaccount2 2y agoI am 6ft and 165lbs and work with a bunch of overweight people. They are normal weight and I desperately need to eat something - according to them.

- armada651 2y agoSame weight, but I'm 6ft6. At that point even my doctor would repeatedly tell me to eat more.
