Is not that they are seeking a transfer, but the incentives and system work is that it eventually converges to “poor get poorer and the money is transferred to the rich” as the most efficient way big biz makes money. What I like about NFL, NBA, MLB etc is that they will tweek the rules to make things competitive so the rich don’t get too rich and win it all too much. We should have a “DOGE” system for rule tweeting to even things out once in a while
