If you still work at a company that concerns itself with the empathetic aspect of firing people, your experience isn't representative.
- ZYbCRq22HbJ2y7 2y agoI do. I also fire people, and it is a difficult experience every time. Additionally, small company employees are representative of a significant portion (~50%) of the US population and contribute around 40% of the US GDP.
