Show HN: I built a fast, single-file TUI Finnish-English dictionary in Go
I built this mostly to scratch my own itch. It turns out I've gotten quite positive feedback from other places I've put this, so now I'm putting it here in case anyone wants to take a gander. Critique is welcome, as this is HN of course.
- dsjkvf 2y agoMaybe making it a frontend for an established dictionary format files (instead ob embedding all the data), so that other people could also use it with other dictionaries, would be a better design solution?
- hiAndrewQuinn 2y agoThat's a good idea for a generalized fork, I agree. I quite like the look and feel of the current approach, and it would be nice to be able to use it with other data sources.
