What makes them false DMCA claims?
I don’t see a license on the repo.
- LoganDark 2y agoI mean false as in filing a DMCA claim just to take down something you don't like rather than to protect material that actually means anything. So, false as in morally, not legally. Besides, this shit was clearly at least 90% AI-generated anyway, and I think the jury is still out on whether some specific arrangement of AI-generated chunks of code actually even counts as a copyrighted work. But everyone knows the drill is DMCA notices now, lawsuits years to decades later.
