- saagarjha 2y agoWe don't shut down crypto, either. But if you scam people via crypto, then there are penalties, the same as there are for sending scams over email.

- fallingknife 2y agoThe Biden admin tried to shut them down by suing them for being an unlicensed security exchange. And they did this even though the only time the issue has been ruled on by a judge it was determined that crypto is not a security.
