This is, unfortunately, already the case. No country will ever fully trust such treaties again, and we are closer than ever to a new era of nuclear proliferation.

- Sammi 2y agoIt is the rational choice for their own self interest, yes of course. It used to not be necessary for most countries in the world. But now there is no good alternative to having your own nukes if you don't want to be invaded by others.
