  It's in Facebook's interest for those shareholders to be long-term investors. The real damage I suppose is that, if it continues to drop, they'll certainly be a number of newish hires that have their option grants underwater. Not practically a big deal because there's certainly a cliff to their vesting, but underwater options aren't much of a retention tool.
