The article is short on details, but I'm curious if this is a direct result of the first fire (something got damaged that led to this one maybe?) or a situation where the same faulty engineering/bad equipment led to another fire? I assume that the battery plant hadn't restarted operation after the first fire yet since I can't imagine that repairs had completed.
