Publix accused of deceptive pricing in lawsuit that brings receipts
- WarOnPrivacy 2y agoA few thoughts about the article. I can't speak directly to the assertions. I will say any time I've had a price issue at their register, they just adjust the price to whatever I say. They're very proactive about keeping me happy. Usually it's on a bogo - which are super confusing for a few items types. The Buy2Get1Free sits right along side of bogo; they look the same and the former feels like a trap. Publix is expensive. I will guess that shoppers who make 10x-20x what I do are the norm. The price differences outlined in the article may not register like it would with us walmart regulars.
