I've always been interested to see an EPCOT style city come to life, and it seems odd (as others have mentioned) that this isn't the focus of the state. Similar to Toyota's thinking, EPCOT was originally meant to be a multimodal transport city that utilised new ways to move people about, but that all ended with Disney's death. Many of those transport technologies are simply used in the theme parks today.
