Why can't regular Python code be compiled straight to WebAssembly?
- jessekv 2y agoThe design of the language. Regular Python code cannot be compiled, unless cython or mypyc code is considered "regular".
- incognito124 2y agoIs this the limitation of the current toolchain or is there some fundamental impossibility in the language itself so there can never be a (eg) .py -> ELF compiler?
