- xerox13ster 2y agoI’ve been in the industry for a decade as a dev that can’t seem to get out of support roles because I wanted to do what you describe at the start of my career and now I’m only seen as support and I’ve NEVER found a support org that, heh, supported my development efforts like that first job did.
