To be fair I've done plenty of jobs where a daily stand is the norm. That said my daily stand isn't being sent to ??? (Who is actually reviewing these?) That's maybe be run buy a guy the CEO happens to know who might or might not be in charge of an unrelated department depending on when you happen to ask. I've also never felt I had to avoid using certain keywords lest my work be labeled DEI and my job eliminated.
