I don’t think he has much to fear about tech workers, to be honest. JP Morgan has a huge number of them, and most will stay. The market for tech workers isn’t great right now. I think the RTO rant spells trouble in other ways - which is that it is probably motivated by JP Morgan’s exposure to the commercial real estate market, which this and other RTO mandates are trying to deal with.
