I would focus on getting a marketing site out, starting a legal business, do the basic foundations of a payment pipeline. Then and only then make a pitch deck and reach out to angel investors. They would probably offer you the most valuable feedback. Maybe also post on product sites like ProductHunt (not sure if that's the go-to still)

I don't have the initial capital necessary for business structures that allow for equity shares. So the only thing I can personally do right now without outside help is a sole proprietorship - which in return is afaik unsuitable for any kind of investment activity. I'd be willing to convert the business structure / start off immediately with a suitable structure if I had the funding required, but..
- verdverm 2y agoLook into a Delaware S Corp. It's easy and cheap to setup (relative), acts like an LLC, and easily converts to a C Corp when funding happens
