It's a bit ironic that during Covid, we were told by sites like NPR and many in the tech community to trust the government and not question anything. Those that did question it were the victims of campaigns online by this same community and many were fired from their jobs. Nobody seemed to care that kids went hungry and people's lives were wrecked after this. This is why we need trials (and punishment) over many in government and people with the power in the tech industry over their behavior during Covid. Now that politics has shifted in a direction you don't like, we aren't supposed to trust the government?
