Whether to believe them is your choice, but at least they didn't deny it.
- iAMkenough 2y agoIt is good they acknowledged it. Questionable things happening without proper process seems to be a common thread for Elon, X and DOGE.
- guax 2y agoThe hardest thing is to believe they operate under any process.
- martythemaniak 2y agoAh, of course OpenAI is to blame for something bad xAI did. My confidence is restored.
- darthrupert 2y agoIs there som special reason to believe anything they say? It would make sense not to by default, given their employer.
- hiccuphippo 2y agoA.K.A. Elmo?
- gs17 2y ago"an ex-OpenAI employee that hasn't fully absorbed xAI's culture yet" could easily describe Musk himself. I wouldn't be surprised if xAI hadn't learned to do like SpaceX and have people to keep him distracted when he shows up so he doesn't break everything. Honestly, if I were them, I'd have a special "more smarter" fine-tune for him to use exclusively.
