Decades ago back in Florida, the smart money would not invest in a real estate deal if Trump was in it.
This kind of intution probably spared a number from certain bankruptcy.
I would expect the smart money overseas not to be very motivated until Trump is way out of the picture on this.
If there is real opportunity now, it can only get better then.
