Deliberately misleading name. This policy blocks investment by China into "strategic sectors" in the USA. Also blocks third parties from investing based on "political distance to and independence from China". All law/policy is now up for misuse, by Donald. I don't know to what extent this problem is increased, because I don't know to what extent existing law/policy allows Donald to block economic activity. As an aside, I'll be attending a support rally in Berlin this early evening, for Ukraine.
