... unlike the issue of what size of service is covered, this isn't a pinky swear by Ofcom.

- porker 2y agoNote that the definition of "Services provided by persons providing education or childcare." is defined in law and narrow. I'm working with a charity providing online lessons for use in schools, where school children can post stuff others in their class can see. As far as I can discern they don’t fall into this exemption.
