Hacker News’ submission character limit does not accommodate the full title. “Borrowing from a tactic at X, Elon Musk says government workers must detail their workweek or lose their jobs”
This submission is on topic and should not be flagged, because this is relevant to Musk’s takeover of Twitter and the management changes he introduced there. Prior submissions about the Twitter takeover [1] and Musk’s management philosophy at X [2] have usually been permitted, unflagged, on Hacker News in the past.
So, it seems HN would permit this submission to remain unflagged. Snd if not, it would benefit the community for HN to explain the reasons why.

- zahlman 2y ago> Hacker News’ submission character limit does not accommodate the full title. Looking at it now, I don't see the "Borrowing from a tactic at X" part. Would removing that make enough room? That said, I disagree that article content to the effect of "Musk did something like this at X before" actually makes the story "relevant to" the X takeover.
