Historically, create problems, sell solutions is the point most long-standing instutitions (media, government, business, etc) reach, and also when those institutions are undergoing rapid change (e.g. revolution) from within.
- _DeadFred_ 2y agoNot sure how that is relevant as the people all doing this claim to be outsiders draining the swamp. Historically the US realized that having a civil service works way better than political firings every 4 years.
